Craig Mapleston
Founder & Head of Strategy
Craig has been working in the marketing services industry for the past 25 years, leading some of the world’s most successful brands and agencies. Craig believes that a company’s success is built from the belief that a brand should lead a business; not a business should lead a brand. Brand promise and values need to be imbued in all internal and external initiatives and lived and breathed by all members of the team.
Craig has taken that philosophy to all of the agencies he has led. He began at Bates141 in Indochina, growing into the General Manager role in Singapore. He then moved to scale the fledgling Iris Singapore agency, growing the team to over 100 professionals, and Campaign’s Independent Agency of the Year three times. He was then approached to set up UK-based challenger agency, VCCP in Singapore, where he led the growth of the agency for five years and won Campaign’s Independent Agency of the Year after just its first year. In 2024, Craig set up Saucier Brands in Australia and advises its diverse range of clients across Australia and Asia Pacific.
